Hey all you beer champs, I got a question for ya... One of my friends is thinking about going on a diet, but she loves drinking beer and refuses to give it up during her diet... Basically my question is: Is it better for her to drink 10 regular beers or 15 lite beers? Advice is Needed!

Hum, I don't believe in that kind of diet.
I think it's better to get rid of beer in order to have effective results. If she considers that impossible I'd recommend her beer yeast that are very useful and have a taste of beer.

Oh this diet is over and done with...She is a waste case and didn't even make it a day on the diet...She killed over 25 beers the first day! It would be almost impossible for her to quite drinking!
