The crazyness continues.
I only went 9-7 last week for my propickem, leaving me still in second, 3 behind the leader and some others on my ass. Hit a nice 3-teamer Sunday and capped it last night with Seattle and the over. Didn't think Phili would get shutout, but oh well I won. I need a good 3-teamer this week. The past two weeks Jax and Carolina have been winners. Last weekend I took Buf and Minesotta with TB and still won. This week the spreads are big.....................can anyone help or have any opinion on this 3-teamer Jax +8 TB+5.5 NE-3.5 PGHKid |

like tampa bay and new england but jacksonville, wouldn't want to go against the buzzsaw right now in indy, i'd play indianapolis before jacksonville , and i think i am for at least 2 units not afraid of lines this year with this team.
i like washington -3 1/2 real well, and i like oakland -3 to play on your parlay, still thinking about tampa game, but just don't like the way there offense played last week in a must win my plays in nfl this week are washington for 5 units oakland for 5 units like cincinnati at -12 for 2 units maybe 5 haven't decided yet and i like the giants at whatever line you get minus 6 1/2 and under against philadelphia is a steal for 5 units. readback oakland, washington, giants for 5 units cincinnati, indy for 2 units a piece, thinking about tampa right now it looks good mama always said if you don't succeed at first try try again![]() |

The Bucs/Panthers could go either way, so taking the points isn't such a bad idea. I don't have a strong opinion yet on this one either way.
I've seen the Patriots open at 3 1/2 point favorites and be bet down to 3. I would jump all over that. The Bills gave up a huge lead to the Dolphins last week, of all things. The Dolphins are no doubt improved, but it's not like Marino was leading the comeback. I like the Patriots. As for the Jags/Colts, the Colts have me scared to bet against them at this point. I wouldn't be surprised to see them lose one of these next four games, but I also would imagine they will cover in the other three. They have the charm around them right now. With Garrard in, the Jags offense may struggle to keep up. The defense will have to come up with a herculean effort, probably causing several turnovers. If you think the Jags finally have the Colts' number, make the bet. But I was burned betting against the Colts in the Patriots and Bengals games, so I'm laying off betting against Indie these days. |

I agree with VI.
I won my teaser last week and here is what I got for this: Chicago +13.5 - Pittsburgh is through - Big Ben is playing with a broken thumb for chrissakes - this means you are one hit away form Tommy Maddox. That should be fun. NE +3 - Moulds is suspended and I don't care how banged up NE is - they are not losing this game. Indy -2 - Have you seen Indy? They are sick. It is a machine and while they might lose a game this year it ain't gonna be against a Leftwhich-less Jaguar team. Cinci - 6 - The only potential downside here is a post Pittsburgh let down. That actually worries me a bit but I still gotta think they win by 7. Denver - 7.5 - Would anyone mind if Cleveland, Baltimore, Miami and the Jets just called it a season and flipped a coin over who gets Reggie Bush? Maybe New Orleans would be pissed. Giants -2.5 - After Seattle pulled Philly's pants down and spanked them on National TV I think they are cooked. Anyone else? |
