Steve “MrSmokey1″ Billirakis has claimed the second bracelet of the 2007 World Series Of Poker for the World Championship $5,000 Mixed Hold’em event. In doing this he has become the youngest bracelet winner in WSOP history at 21 years and 10 days. For the win he receives the first-place prize of $536,287, a Corum watch and the all-important WSOP bracelet.

Phil Hellmuth has now won a record 11th WSOP bracelet! Johnny Chan and Doyle Brunson were both on hand to congratulate him. His total WSOP winnings now total $5,548,377 including the $637,254 that he takes home for this win.

The self-dubbed WSOP "Record Man" now stands alone atop the poker world.
Phil Hellmuth Jr., who before the series vowed to play well enough to break all of the major WSOP records, humbly accepted number bracelet No. 11 from Doyle Brunson and Johnny Chan Monday night after winning Event #15, a $1,500 No Limit Hold'em event. The victory came just one year after he tied Brunson and Chan with ten WSOP titles. The 1989 WSOP Main Event title was Hellmuth's largest victory in terms or prestige and money, but this last win was the personal mission of a player who wants to be remembered as one of the greatest of all time. Hellmuth is on fire! He just tied the record for the most final table appearances at the WSOP. The other man to hold this record is the legendary TJ Cloutier. Both men have made 39 final tables.

Katja Thater won World Series of Poker Event #29, a $1,500 Razz tournament, to become the first woman to win a non-special event since 2004, to win $132,653. Kathy Liebert and Annie Duke won open events in the 2004 Series, but since then, only three women have captured bracelets, Jennifer Tilly, Sally Boyer, Mary Jones and Clair Miller.
