Whether you like their style or simply their personality, this is the place to talk about your favorite poker players.

I'd have to say that Daniel Negreanu is one of my favorites. He doesn't seem to take himself too seriously, and he doesn't come off like a sleazy con-man, either.

I agree Harvey. He seems sensible and as down to earth as is possible for someone who plays for many thousands each game.

Phil is the best. Only because my son went to school with him at UW-Madison in Wisconsin and played in a regular game with him. Phils is a great guy. Not at all what he wants his table image to present. The student union was never the same after Helmuth took a hike.

I'm sure it's nearly impossible to distinguish between the real and fake personalities of players unless you know him. Still, it's nice to know that Hellmuth isn't like he appears. Mike, your son must be pretty good at cards. Does he still play?

Give me TJ Cloutier. I love his crazy hair and old school attitude. If I was going to get drunk and look for trouble, I'd want old TJ watching my back.
