Vega Promotion Systems. Inc. announced it is producing a major international poker exhibition. "The All Star Transcontinental Challenge" will be a one-of- a-kind event featuring eight of the top professional poker players in the world, competing on national television for over $1,000,000 in gold.

The exhibition will be structured as a point system tournament, where the players will accumulate points during eight single table mini-tournaments at four international venues.

The entire event will be filmed and will air on national television in the United States. Vega will own the programming and plans to re-release the eight-hour show in Europe, Asia, and South America.

The exhibition is scheduled to begin filming in November and will air in the United States during the first quarter of 2008.
