Africa Israel Investments, an Israeli company controlled by the diamond billionaire Lev Leviev, agreed to buy, with its partners, a parcel of land in Las Vegas near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for $625 million.

Hopefully they will build something fun for everyone. It would be nice to see a casino go up along with an amusement park or something along those lines.
