Any loopholes?

I am located in the US and have recently found out it is very difficult if not impossible to find an online casino that will accept US players even if it's "under the radar".

I have a couple ideas as to how to get around this but it places the responsibility of controlling someone elses money or someone else controlling my money (both of which will have either side worrying).

I'm not going to go into detail with the ideas but I am wondering if anyone here knows of any way to legitimately get around the current laws of the US and online gambling. Are there any loopholes when it comes to this subject?
