Paypal's terms of service prohibit using their service to fund online gambling, and even if they didn't, the new legislation makes it illegal to do so in the USA. NETeller is probably the friendliest alternative, and it's offshore. From what I understand, they have no plans to change their operations in light of the new law either.

After consideration, I have made the decision to ban the member named hugemarkus. Mainly, for two reasons:

1. He claims to be 16. If this is true, then he has about as much business on a forum about gambling as he does on a forum about pornography.

2. He has now asked 2 incriminating questions in a row. Maybe this is genuine, or maybe it's some low-level Bush employee on a fishing expedition. Either way, there's no point in taking a chance.

Sorry, hugemarkus. This just isn't a good time for these kind of questions.
