I've been exploring around the old web tonight and taking a look at some of the crazy proposition bets people can make on the outcomes of television shows.

Did you know that you can actually bet on who's going to get thrown off of Martha Stewart's Apprentice episode?

Did you know that you can also bet on who the next character to die on the show Lost is going to be?

You can even bet on who is going to host the next Academy Awards. (I'm seeing names like Mike Myers, Robin Williams, and Jamie Foxx, in addition to the obvious ones like former hosts Steve Martin and Billy Crystal, and the late night talk show guys like David Letterman, Jay Leno, and Conan O'Brien.)

Fun stuff man.

LOL - Just saw another crazy bet. You can apparently also bet on who the next celebrity to announce that they're illiterate is going to be. Mike Tyson is apparently the favorite on this one. I'd agree.

I used to make crazy cash by betting on who would be getting voted out on Survivor at Intertops. For the first 4 seasons I would go to the survivorsucks forum. They had a bunch of inside information and one season the guy went 90% accurate

Pretty soon the betting limits went to a $50 max. It was an unlimited bet. This is also the same time some SEG employees were busted for betting on the winners at a different site.
