Thats very terrible to know what problems those young and adolcent gamblers are facing.
but i think online counselling can be a helping tool for them. second thing is that a lot of awareness programms should be promoted by different institution which will bring down the cases of gambling related crimes in all parts of world.

A case in point for regulation of the online industry rather than banning it. If we make sure that efforts are made in the correct areas to ensure strict adherance to a strict code of conduit, then it just wouldn't be accessible to young people.
Banning gambling in countries like the US will never help things, people have gambled forever, and will continue to do so. Regulation will assist and keep things controllable. You also have to be very wary of reports like these. They are often written biasedly with one end result in mind and are not a true reflection of the state of the nation. |
