This is one of the replys I did get back from all of my emailing.
A Costa Rica daily paper ( where Lucky Pyramid Casino is saying they are located) respnded with this. I have removed his name for his security. Be certain that this reply is legit. ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Saturday, February 17, 2007 5:54 PM Subject: Re: Crystal Palace Group refuses to pay customers money they have won. >I presume that "Crystal Palace Casino" says it is in Costa Rica, which is >why you wrote me. > > It is probably is some guy's bedroom. > > We get complaints like this all the time. > > There is no licensing here for online casinos. How can us consumers fight this if they do not support the underdog? ironically enough, some sites have now also removed other peoples complaints as well. perhaps I shoud not have forwarded all my emails to lucky pyramid casino as well, while persuing this matter.... Sorry to hear about your bad fortune. I wish you the best in your case.
And don't worry about your post being taken down. Some mob reject from Costa Rica isn't going to scare the boys here at GamblingChitChat. If anyone else has had a problem, I urge you to contact molly. Working together, maybe you can get something done.

A good rule of thumb is to always stay away from anything based in Costa Rica.

After contacting many people regarding "Crystal Palace Group" this is one of my many responses I did receive. I initially contacted them about my experience and all the complaints about this "company."
---------------------------------------------------- THIS WAS THE FIRST RESPONSE...................... From: The Gambling Commission To: xxxxxx Sent: Monday, February 19, 2007 5:29 AM Subject: RE: Crystal Palace Group refuses to pay customers money they have won. Dear Kim Thank you for your email of 17 February 2007. Having looked at the website www.luckypyramidcasino.com it would appear that it is registered in Canada with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. I would therefore recommend that you direct your complaints to them as we at the Gambling Commission only have jurisdiction over companied based in the United Kingdom. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s contact details are as follows: Website: www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission Complaints page: http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/ Email: kgc@mck.ca If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards Miss H Tibbetts Licensing Administrator Gambling Commission 0121 230 6666 www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk ----------------------------------------------------- THIS WAS MY REPLY.......................... From: XXXXX Sent: 19 February 2007 18:08 To Kahnawake Gaming Commission) kgc@mck.ca; (The Gambling Commission) info@gamblingcommission.gov.ukSubject: Lucky Pyramid Scam..................... this was my response from the GAMBLING COMMISSION ........ Dear Gambling Commission, Thank you for your response. I do have several questions for you. I did find this on your site..... Qualifications Summary The 10 abiding factors of the Gambling Commission Standards which monitor randomness, fairness and ability and guarantee to pay winners are listed below. Consistent random mathematical testing of software pass rate. Posted rules of each casino member are accurately followed. Each free trial version of software must offer the same rules and odds of paid version. Payout odds and percentages must be true at all times. Game device simulations (cards or dice) must statistically react exactly like real world version of device. Wagers must be honored despite power failures or player interruptions. Ample cash reserves must be sustained in order to pay winners. Player disputes must be addressed quickly and accurately. Player transaction logs will be thoroughly maintained. Casino representatives must be available to discuss player account activity. Now, can you please tell me if this casino is not following these procedures, why are they still able to scam people. WHY! It is clear from previous emails you have received from me that this company scams people. Let me break it down for you..... if you take a look online for consumer complaints about this company, there are many. Okay, regarding number 5 (game device simulations), take a look at this link, and look at first entry. According to this, the dice are fixed. I have not seen the picture and will not confirm either way, but you cannot refuse to listen to these consumers complaints......................... http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ot-string.html They DO NOT pay their customers money and rip them off................ Why would you put your logo and name on a site that has fraud written all over it? You tell me to contact the Kahnawake Commission, for they are registered with this company in Canada. I wish I could contact them for they return my emails. Now, ain't that strange. This is on "lucky pyramid casino's" homepage........ This casino (http://www.luckypyramidcasino.com) is owned and operated by: Crystalisle Management Ltd. based in Nicosia, Cypus. Thank you, and Good Luck! Lucky Pyramid Casino If you will not deal with this because they are registered in Canada, why do you have your logo on their site, especially when they have been "roughed" and have had many, many complaints about them. ANy further help would be appreciated and I thank you for your time. Sincerely, Kim Smith p.s funny how some people just avoid the issue and tell you to contact another person, or they just simply won't answer questions, or just return your emails. ----------------------------------------------- I THEN RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING 2 EMAILS FROM THE GAMING COMMISSION.............. (FIRST ONE) Thank you for contacting the Gambling Commission. We acknowledge receipt of your email enquiry. A member of the Enquiries team will respond to you within 3 working days. We may contact you initially to obtain further information from you to enable us to answer you query. If you need to contact us urgently please contact Enquiries on 0121 230 6666. This email and any files transmitted with it are private and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received this email in error please return it to the address it came from telling them it is not for you and then delete it from your system. -------------------------------------------------------- SECOND EMAIL I RECEIVED Dear Kim Thank you for your e-mail dated 19th February 2007 The gambling commission (the internet gaming authority) you refer to appears to be bogus. Our website is as follows: http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...sp?ContentId=1 For your reference, I have found an address for Crystalisle Management. Crystalisle Management Ltd 74A Ayiou Eleftheriou Street Nicosia 2055 Cyprus. If you have any further queries relating to this please contact me. Yours sincerely Andrew Dixon Licensing Administrator Gambling Commission Victoria Square House Victoria Square Birmingham B4 4BP 0121 230 6666 www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk -------------------------------------------------------------- Ain't that interesting..................... If you click on the "gambling commission" logo on "Lucky Pyramid's" casino website.... http://www.luckypyramidcasino.com (yellow logo to far right) it directs you to a site. As it turns out, this site is bogus, according the UK gambling commission. As I had mentioned earlier if you, or anyone you know of, has been a victim of Crystal Palace Group PLEASE let me know. IF we act together, you never know what can happen !! |

Ok, so I googled the address (74A Ayiou Eleftheriou Street
Nicosia 2055) that Crystal Palace group ( lucky pyramid casino) have listed for their address and interesting enough this casino comes up with the affiliated address.... http://www.eurosuperpoker.com:80/NO/about/ This is a copy of the 2 emails that were sent between us and the casino with the address listed as well... Hello Kim, We are not affiliated in anyway with this company. Regards, Team EuroSuperPoker.com ----- Original Message ----- From: xxxxx To: support@eurosuperpoker.com Sent: Friday, February 23, 2007 1:02 AM Are you aware that this company, Lucky Pyramid Casino,( http://www.topcasinooffers.com/onlin...o.html#reviews ) has your address listed for their company. Myself, and many others, are having problems with the casino listed at this address. Is this the address that we have to forward our complaints to regarding monies that are owed to some customers? Thank you for your help, Kim Smith ---------------------------------- So, the next question.........where to these people at CPG actually do business or do they also own this casino or are they affilated with this address as well? When I forwarded the following email to Lucky Pyramid Casino they would not respond to this email. The most interesting thing is my hotmail account was closed on me. They told me I have to stop sending so many emails to "some people." Lucky Pyramid trying to shut me up, perhaps?! My email is back and so goes the research........... I will keep you posted. Dear Winston, Can you answer just one question for me, why is this casino ( http://www.eurosuperpoker.com/NO/about/ ) listed for the address you have listed as your company address? Is this the address that myself and others should contact to try and get money that we are owed, considering your terms and aggreements. Or shall we contact another mailing address? Thank you for your time. As you have written in your previous email, you have responded to other emails I have sent, and I look forward to your quick reply, once again, as in the previous email. Sincerely, Kim Smith |

Good grief, that has to be frustrating. Still, you don't seem like you're willing to give up, so maybe something good will come of all of this. We continue to wish you the best of luck.
I hope everybody is reading this, as it should give you a good idea of the trouble you can run into (plus the subsequent run around). If you've had similar problems, please contact molly or feel free to post on this thread. The part about your email account being temporarily suspended was really weird. How long was it down?

Well, they finally emailed me back after endless emails being returned by them. I guess it pays to forward it off too to other agencies, governments and anyone in power to do something. They certainly responded faster.
Hi xxxxxx, The Kahnawake Gaming Commission ("KGC") has received your email and has proceeded with contacting Lucky Pyramid Casino. The KGC allows an operator a maximum of two (2) weeks to respond to any inquires /investigations we put forth. If your complaint with them has not been resolved within the two week time limit, please get back to me so as I can look into the issue further. If your issue does get resolved before the two (2) week time limit please contact me so as I can close your file. Regards, Billie Jo Peterson Administrative Support Clerk Kahnawake Gaming Commission BillieJoP@mck.ca -------------------- If any of you had trouble email everyone you know in power to make a change. Contact me if you want to give me your horror story with Crystalisle Management Ltd. I am persuing my case with them. |

I did a search on the address Crystalisle Management Ltd has listed for their mother ship and all the baby ships scamming people online at their casinos.
This was taken from one of the casinos owned by Crystalisle Management Ltd....."The casino is owned and operated by Crystalisle Management Ltd , 74A Ayiou Eleftheriou Street Nicosia 2055 , Cyprus. " Well, when I googled their address this site came up..... http://www.eurosuperpoker.com/EN/about/ I contacted this site as you can see in the following emails. There are three in total.. ---------------------------------------- ---- Original Message ----- From: xxxx To: support@eurosuperpoker.com Sent: Friday, February 23, 2007 1:02 AM Are you aware that this company, Lucky Pyramid Casino,( http://www.topcasinooffers.com/onlin...o.html#reviews ) has your address listed for their company. Regards, Team EuroSuperPoker.com ------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you, Eurosuperpoker, for responding to the email below. regarding you not being associated with Lucky Pyramid Casino. If you are not affiliated with them I suggest contacting them regarding the mailing address they have listed for their company. Myself and many others have important documents to send to the address affiliated with Crystal Palace Group, which seems to listed on their site. Should we go ahead and send the documents for Crystal Palace Group to the address they have listed. I do not want to alarm anyone at your business with important legal documents. Thank you for your time, EuroSuperPoker, xxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------------ So, I just checked LPC's website and they have their address changed!! They got it changed in 1 day !! Wow, a legit business is quick to change their address in that short amount of time !! So, this is their new address they have posted. When I googled this one not one address came up. Suite 101 is there, ironically enough it deals with online gambling, but there is no legit address for the one LPC as listed. I could not find one anwyay. This is the site that comes up when seaching for their address.... http://www.bonalbo.com/index.cfm/page_id/1038 |

Man, this makes me mad just reading about it. These bastards are like thieves in the night. Too bad you can't pepper them with a little rock salt.
