Lucky Pyramid Casino Scam?

Hi there,

I am having difficulty in getting money back from this casino and have come to understand there are many of us out there.

I am persuing this and have contacted the costa rica gvt, washington, uk gaming commission, and many other gaming commissions as well.

If you had problems with this casino or any other casino owned by the mothership, Crystal Palace Group, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I will forward you all information I have sent, contacts, etc,

I am taking this to the top and the more we have on board, the better chance we have.

This is intended for ones who are serious about persuing their case.

A Costa Rica daily paper ( where Lucky Pyramid Casino is saying they are located) respnded with this. I have removed his name for his security. Be certain that this reply is legit.

some online casino chat forums are removing my posts. How can us consumers fight this if they do not support the underdog?

ironically enough, some sites have now also removed other peoples complaints as well.

After contacting many people regarding "Crystal Palace Group" this is one of my many responses I did receive. I initially contacted them about my experience and all the complaints about this "company."

Let me break it down for you.....

if you take a look online for consumer complaints about this company, there are many. Okay, regarding number 5 (game device simulations), take a look at this link, and look at first entry. According to this, the dice are fixed. I have not seen the picture and will not confirm either way, but you cannot refuse to listen to these consumers complaints.........................

Why would you put your logo and name on a site that has fraud written all over it?

You tell me to contact the Kahnawake Commission, for they are registered with this company in Canada. I wish I could contact them for they return my emails. Now, ain't that strange.

If you will not deal with this because they are registered in Canada, why do you have your logo on their site, especially when they have been "roughed" and have had many, many complaints about them.

If you click on the "gambling commission" logo on "Lucky Pyramid's" casino website.... http://www.luckypyramidcasino.com (yellow logo to far right) it directs you to a site.
As it turns out, this site is bogus, according the UK gambling commission.

As I had mentioned earlier if you, or anyone you know of, has been a victim of Crystal Palace Group PLEASE let me know.

that Crystal Palace group ( lucky pyramid casino) have listed for their address and interesting enough this casino comes up with the affiliated address.... http://www.eurosuperpoker.com:80/NO/about/

When I forwarded the following email to Lucky Pyramid Casino they would not respond to this email. The most interesting thing is my hotmail account was closed on me. They told me I have to stop sending so many emails to "some people." Lucky Pyramid trying to shut me up, perhaps?!

Well, they finally emailed me back after endless emails being returned by them. I guess it pays to forward it off too to other agencies, governments and anyone in power to do something. They certainly responded faster.

I did a search on the address Crystalisle Management Ltd has listed for their mother ship and all the baby ships scamming people online at their casinos.

This was taken from one of the casinos owned by Crystalisle Management Ltd....."The casino is owned and operated by Crystalisle Management Ltd , 74A Ayiou Eleftheriou Street Nicosia 2055 , Cyprus. "

So, I just checked LPC's website and they have their address changed!! They got it changed in 1 day !! Wow, a legit business is quick to change their address in that short amount of time !!

So, this is their new address they have posted. When I googled this one not one address came up. Suite 101 is there, ironically enough it deals with online gambling, but there is no legit address for the one LPC as listed. I could not find one anwyay.
