I would like to test a tip a friend gave me which helps winning with online casino. But the thing is, im under 21. I have read goldenpalace casino's faq, and here's what it says:

"How old do I have to be to play for real money?
In order to play for real money you must be at least 18 years of age. Fun mode players have no age limitations."

but doesnt the law state that you gotta be over 21 to gamble? is it okay if i gameble as long as im 18+?

In Oklahoma casinos, both the Native American and the new "Racino's" you only have be 18 to legally participate in betting. I think that Oklahoma might be the only state in the nation where the legal gambling age is only 18.
