A Georgia homemaker is the first winner of Quincy's Triple Seven's top prize for traditional bingo.
Yusun Kim Banks of Columbus claimed her $500,000 award Wednesday at the casino, which is part of Victoryland Greyhound Park in Shorter. Banks won the jackpot Sunday while playing Super Jackpot Coverall Bingo. Susan Collier said Banks won when the next to last bingo number was called. "You have 46 chances to cover and get bingo," said Collier, a spokeswoman for the Cunningham Group, the public relations firm that represents Victoryland. "She got it on the 45th ball that dropped." Banks makes regular trips to the casino with a small group of friends. Her $500,000 win is her first jackpot.
