I think this is a very important story. Just imagine...a government resorting to offering cash prizes to get an apathetic public to vote. Still, there's no doubt that it would be highly efective. If you were ever thinking about running for office in Arizona, the first election after the lottery kicked in would be the time to do it. You'd have a lot of wild cards coming in to cast their ballot.

Can't wait to see how this turns out. If nothing else, whoever thought outside the box and came up with this one deserves some credit.
