My favorite game is Blackjack. I have a system of betting which works pretty good for me. It is a progressive system. Here's the way I work it.

I don't play single or double deck. I prefer a shoe. And I prefer playing heads up against the dealer. That way I don't have to worry about someone else taking the dealer's bust card.

I buy in for as much as it takes to make 20 bets at my selected chip size. If I'm using $5 chips, I buy in for $100. $25 cips, $500.

Bet one chip. If you lose, keep the bet at one chip. If you win, bet two chips. If you win again, bet three chips. Continue like this until you lose a hand, then bet one chip again.

When playing with a shoe, the cards seem to run in streaks. That is what you want. If you trade hands with the dealer, you lose. If you win two and then lose, you break even. Three or more winning hands in a row and you are ahead.

My best streak was 4 years ago on Christmas day at one of the riverboat casinos in Shreveport, Louisiana. With a $25 base bet, I won 15 hands in a row. I bought in for $500 and walked away 20 minutes later with over $3000.

Many times, I have had streaks of 9 or 10 in a row. I've won 12 or 13 in a row a couple times.
